Description:
I found a stray .html-file in /usr/share/doc called gperf.html. It is owned by gperf:

pacman -Qo gperf.html
gperf.html is owned by gperf 3.0.4-2

Additional info:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install gperf
2. X=/usr/share/doc/gperf.html; ls $X && pacman -Qo $X || echo "All ok"
