Description:
Build dependency issue while packaging mc

Additional info:
mc 4.7.5.2-1

Steps to reproduce:

When try to build mc package with http://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/plain/mc/repos/community-x86_64/PKGBUILD file, configure step give below error:

Error: glib-2.0 not found or version too old (must be >= 2.8)

But glib2 is installed and I cant find glib2 version bigger than 2.28.

Works fine here in a chroot.

Is your system up to date?
Are you building with makepkg?
