Description:

Minbif needs gstreamer0.10 as dependency in order to have the ENABLE_VIDEO option ON.

Additional info:
Package version: 1.0.4

It also force libpurle to be compiled with gstreamer support.

ENABLE_VIDEO should be disabled.
