bug introduced by this commit http://projects.archlinux.org/archiso.git/commit/configs/syslinux-iso/overlay/etc/rc.conf?id=6eed465138ccd4ffdcec69ec86422af3c1262140

/etc/rc.d/functions must not be included by rc.conf. There is no "functions" available at "rc.conf", so we should revert commit partially and using a private function file.
