nunit-console.exe is not installed by default with the mono-1.1.4 in testing. This is used to run unit tests for DLLs. The source is found under src/mono-1.1.4/mcs/nunit20/nunit-console under the pkgbuild directory.

this can be fixed by adding the following line to the mono PKGBUILD right after the other sed command for config-default.make

sed -i "/NO_INSTALL = yes/d" mcs/nunit20/nunit-console/Makefile
