Description:
Running oggsplt (package mp3splt) results in this error message:
error: invalid input file 'foo.ogg' for 'ogg vorbis (libvorbis)' plugin
This does not happen with older libvorbis or svn revisions newer 17177. The problem is known to the mp3splt developer:

Please update to 1.3.2, that fixes the problem.
