When running scan for hosts ettercap-gtk crashes with following message: ettercap NG-0.7.3 copyright 2001-2004 ALoR & NaGA (<unknown>:9965): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: gsignal.c:3081: signal name `depressed' is invalid for instance `0x93e11e0' Ooops ! Please recompile in debug mode, reproduce the bug and send a bugreport Steps to reproduce: Install ettercap-gtk, run it as root "ettercap -G", select Sniff, Unified sniffing, next select Scan for hosts from Host menu. I tried to rebuild ettercap and ettercap-gtk and both stop at configure with: checking for correct ltmain.sh version... grep: character class syntax is [[:space:]], not [:space:] no *** Gentoo sanity check failed! *** *** libtool.m4 and ltmain.sh have a version mismatch! *** *** (libtool.m4 = 1.5.18, ltmain.sh = ) *** Please run: libtoolize --copy --force if appropriate, please contact the maintainer of this package (or your distribution) for help. |
