There is one optdepend missing to support webcam: gstreamer0.10-good-plugins Without this emesene cannot use the webcam (at least here). I was not sure which task type I should select for this so bug report it is, but with very low priority, no one seems to complain so I guess this can be taken care of when emesene gets updated. Package version: 1.6.3-3 Steps to reproduce: Run emesene without having gstreamer0.10-good-plugins installed, the webcam will not work and on the console there should be the following message: "Could not create gst element factory for v4l2src (missing plugin?)" |
