Details

Description:
xbmc requires the tool "/usr/bin/xdpyinfo", which is in the package "xorg-utils".
This should be an dependency of xbmc. I hadn't installed it on my system, and
xbmc refuses to start.

Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
Remove the package "xorg-utils" or make sure it isn't installed.
Install the package "xbmc".
Try to start xbmc

this is completly correct, should just be noted for the next major version since it should be comming soon
