No, the logo code is free, but you are still not allowed to sue the Firefox logo or Name due to trademark restrictions.

we still aren't allowed to ship with branding. we need to have their approval and we need to change our way of packaging firefox.

their approval process is slow and painfully. every time we rebuild it we need to ask their permission
