Description:
xindy and texindy look for their modules in /usr/share/texmf/xindy/modules instead of /usr/share/xindy/modules, which fails. Adding an additional layer of "../" at xindy.pl:364 and texindy.pl:393 makes it work. I have now changed the location of the modules to
/usr/share/texmf/xindy/modules. It is more consistent with the
rest of the texlive-bin package and avoids patching anything. Will
be fixed in texlive-bin 2010.1-1 (soon in testing).
