You updated HSQLDB versions to 1.8.1.2 http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/hsqldb-java/
This is used in OOo Base and it is cause incompatibility to other operation system OOo 3.2, because the upstream Oracle and other go-oo versions sticked to HSQLDB 1.8.0.10.

I cause bugs described in OOo user forum posts:http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=31359

Please reconsider to go back to HSQLDB 1.8.0.10., until OOo 3.3 when HSQLDB 2.0.0 will be introduced.
