After updating the Berkeley DB package with pacman, postfix report the error:

Jan 3 16:07:31 arky postfix/smtpd[3391]: fatal: incorrect version of Berkeley DB: compiled against 4.2.52, run-time linked against 4.3.27

Solved as db 4.2.52 is back in current.
