Details
Description: guile comes with three elisp files used for
interfacing with emacs
package guile (1.8.7) comes with none of them. Additional info: * tested with i686 guile 1.8.7-2 package Steps to reproduce: pacman -Sy guile pacman -Ql guile | grep gds shows: guile /usr/share/guile/1.8/ice-9/gds-client.scm guile /usr/share/guile/1.8/ice-9/gds-server.scm these files represent the guile portion of the emacs-to-guile interface (GDS). the emacs portion exists under emacs/ subdirectory of the guile-1.8.7.tar.gz source package (e.g. from http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/guile/) the .el files should also be installed if emacs is present. fedora's guile rpm installs these files under /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/gds-scheme.el /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/gds-server.el |

Reason for closing: Won't fix
Additional comments about closing: Guile 2.0.x doesn't include this anymore, so it will disappear when we upgrade.
