Description:

X crashes and restarts when i try to use it with kwin compositing.
Works fine without compositing.

Try enabling KMS. This is most likely a DRI driver bug.

Hey, i'm not using radeonhd driver. Move it to xf86-video-ati, please.

Not fixed at all for this moment, but fixed for me with xorg-server 1.9.
