Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: perl used to be listed as an optdepend, I moved it to depends. despite being in base, I consider this to fall in the same category as glibc (package that users may well remove without realizing the consequences) as such, it is an explicit dependency

- Field changed: Summary (vim don't work without perl → [vim] don't work without perl)
- Field changed: Severity (Low → Very Low)
Neither in repos or trunk, perl is listed as optdepends in vim.
Anyway is not needed to list perl (base package) as depends.
