Mirror problem? This should have been fixed for long, see ftp://ftp.hosteurope.de/mirror/ftp.archlinux.org/community/os/x86_64/.

It's been missing the files in every mirror I've checked, including that one. I also tried building the package myself and it was empty as well.

Here's a package build that appears to be working. I can't really test it, but it builds and the package alexandria, which depends on it, doesn't seem to be complaining.
