Now it changed (i think the change was caused by xorg-server upgrade). I can suspend my system, but i cannot wake it correctly. i think it wakes up, but screen is black and i even cannot change to another VT. i have latest versions of all available packages (from stable).

same problem. Used Xfce4, I can suspend, but after wake have only black screen. I can switch to console, but i can not switch to X server (Ctrl+(Alt)+F7).

i tested kernel26-tls, and suspend works.

i found another trick.
when i kill gnome-panel, it's OK. (i have script which kills it twice a second, because gnome-session is still restarting it...). another way is to logout to gdm and suspend pc from gdm when gnome-panel is not running.
