Description:
Sorry in http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/17084 I proposed a patch for the locale dependency. However what I haven't seen then: it DOES have side effects. Doing implicit dependencies like this gives us no possibility to update ruby-locale.
I found that out, because .. I needed a ruby-locale update ;-)

So we should add 'ruby-locale' as a dependency and disable the dependency check in the installation itself.

Additionally, ruby-gettext is in version 2.1.0 now.

/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.1.9/gems/locale-2.0.4 might have to get deleted (or forcefully overwritten).

I also provide a PKGBUILD for ruby-locale, as it is not yet in the repos. This is quite similar to the ruby-gettext build.

There was als a very old AUR package: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=4363
However, the location it points to (and the version) was abandoned by the devs 7 years ago. I will leave a notification there.

Thanks a lot. Tested on i686 and later also an x86_64 (my mirror was a bit behind). Everything works as expected.
