Reason for closing: Won't fix
Additional comments about closing: If/when stefan reposts the sources for the texlive docs, this will be resolved. I don't believe that the listed packages should be removed from community, and as the 'bug' in question does not hurt the packages, and they do not require rebuild at this time I am closing the bug.

The sources of the texlive docs packages are missing. And they
seem out-of-date.

Package has been marked out of date for some time. If no attempt
is made at fixing this in the immediate future, the bug will be
closed.
