Description: /etc/ssl/certs/ didn't get created/populated installing core/ca-certificates 20090709-1


Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc. :

base install doing "pacman -S ca-certificates && update-ca-certificates" produces the following

/usr/sbin/update-ca-certificates: line 85: cd: /etc/ssl/certs: No such file or directory


Steps to reproduce:

pacman -R ca-certificates && rm -R /etc/ssl/certs/ && pacman -S ca-certificates && update-ca-certificates

I don't really get it. /etc/ssl/certs is part of the openssl package. So, of course it wont be recreated if you delete it and install ca-certificates.

OK, I just noticed that uninstalling ca-certificates will leave you with a lot of dead links in /etc/ssl/certs. I'll need to fix that.
