The foomatic-db-engine want to upgrade to 4.0.3-2, but foomatic-db-hpijs think 4.0.3-2 < 4.0_20090625-1 !!!

foomatic-db-hpijs is depricated and no more supported upstream with the new update. see cups announcements/changelog. use generic drivers or hplip.

the issue while moving the packages from testing to extra is now solved. please until your mirror is synced.
