Integrity checks were optional before, but since the last updates to pacman and makepkg, integrity checks are required.

I have no use of the hashes, because I rarely rebuild the same versions of packages, and the ones I build are only used locally (I can't be the only one with such a scenario, can I?).

It would be great if any of this could be made true:

* integrity checks were made optional again;
* "makepkg -G" would be implemented (as requested in another task), and "makepkg -Gs" would work;
* "makepkg -s" would first check if the required integrity checks are available, and only then sync the deps (especially while building in a clean chroot).
This task depends upon
