Integrity checks were optional before, but since the last
updates to pacman and makepkg, integrity checks are
required.
I have no use of the hashes, because I rarely rebuild the same versions of packages, and the ones I build are only used locally (I can't be the only one with such a scenario, can I?). It would be great if any of this could be made true: * integrity checks were made optional again; * "makepkg -G" would be implemented (as requested in another task), and "makepkg -Gs" would work; * "makepkg -s" would first check if the required integrity checks are available, and only then sync the deps (especially while building in a clean chroot). |
