Description:
kvm package creates /dev/kvm file owned by group root instead of kvm. I solved the problem by copying /lib/udev/rules.d/65-kvm.rules to /etc/udev/rules.d/ Additional info: kvm 88-1 Steps to reproduce: Install kvm package, restart, check /dev/kvm file. |

By just moving the rule you don't change anything, /etc is just for overwriting the rule.
