Details

Description:
After the update of xorg-server-1.6.2-1 for the version xorg-server-1.6.3-1, the keyboard stops working.

Additional info:
* package version(s) xorg-server-1.6.2-1 to xorg-server-1.6.3-1
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
After I do the downgrade to the version immediately preceding it using the keyboard normally.

I was looking at the forum[1] and another user had the same problem I have with the version you recommended. Anyway, I try to see if it solves my problem. Tomorrow come in contact again.

I noticed something strange.. I disable the GDM of the daemons and restart... When I started the GDM manually, the keyboard works normally when I start it by DAMEMONS does not work...

Is HAL starting before GDM? HAL must start before X (i.e. be before GDM in the DAEMONS array, and not be backgrounded) in order for hotplugging to work.
