Summary and Info:
The crappy /usr/bin/autopoint script, distributed with gettext, depends on cvs. Steps to Reproduce: echo 'AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION(0.15)' > configure.ac autopoint If you don't have cvs installed, you'll get: autopoint: *** cvs program not found autopoint: *** Stop. Looking for this silly problem, I found reports on Debian (still in discussion): http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=508230 and on gentoo (WONTFIX): http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55607 |
