aif is quite a flexible tool for installing an arch "system" (in the broad sense)

I want to make AIF able to install Arch onto another hard disk from inside a running arch system (a normal system with just the aif package installed)
this shouldn't require much changes.

Once we have that, I wonder how feasible it is to make aif the "swiss army knife of arch installations" and have it replace tools such as mkarchiso and mkarchroot which are basically also only just tools to "install" arch into a directory or specific filesystem. Maybe we could have some profiles in /usr/share/aif for various use cases. (and still allow setting some variables through commandline args of course)
