Example: id3lib depends on gcc>=3.4.2

If user has gcc in IgnorePkg and runs -Syu, the new gcc will be installed anyway, to satisfy id3lib.

id3lib seems to be fine for me now, but id3 package is still bugged with a similar problem:

bash-3.00$ id3
id3: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: no version information available (required by id3)
