Additional comments about closing:  The last package (rake) will become irrelevant once the version of ruby currently in testing hits extra. Rake is now provided by ruby.

fixed all but seven and updated the attachment to show what's remaining.

rake and tnftp need patches that i haven't figured out yet, and the mysql server on the vim site is down so i can't fix those yet.
