I've upgraded my kenel to 2.6.30 and now have no sound &
such message when try to start oss manualy (/etc/rc.d/oss
start):

This is not a kernel26 bug, but a bug in oss: it needs to be
updated to match the 2.6.30 kernel interfaces.
