Description: As stated in the nicotine site http://nicotine-plus.org/ the dependency on pyvorbis is deprecated.

"Release notes for 1.2.12 We decided to remove the PyVorbis dependency since it caused trouble for quite a few people. We are now using Mutagen as our primary meta data library."

I had added this msg when i flagged the package out of date but i see now that it still depends on pyvorbis.
