Description:
perl-archive-tar can be removed from extra as it is already provided by current perl package.
There is one package (spamassassin) which explicitly depends on perl-archive-tar but since perl is already installed (and perl-archive-tar not) and the dependency is unversioned, spamassassin will usually use the module from the perl package.
