Description:
Xpad can't render its icon because of missing dep. When I installed the librsvg package it managed to render the icon as it should. Librsvg(or another render for svg images, if there is any) should be added as a dep to xpad.

Steps to reproduce:
Install xpad(without any svg render installed) and run it.
