I think it could be needed to add 'gtk-engines' as a dependency for the 'gtk2-themes-collection' package. Without it, I'm getting an warning:

(zenity:3691): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "clearlooks",

when I use this command:
zenity --info --text "Test label."

I'm using Arch 64, XFCE and Clearlooks-DarkLime theme, gtk2-themes-collection v0.2.0-2.

Could someone move the task to "Arch Linux"? I was not used to the BTS.
