The source of winetools is unavailable. Also the software is not licensed under the GPL according to
http://www.von-thadden.de/Joachim/WineTools/index.html#legal
I managed to find a working link to source from an old Ubuntu forum post here: http://download.formationos.net/
But i am wondering if its legal to distribute it and more importantly if its still useful.

Additional comments about closing:  not fixed - I just remove it from community and put orphaned package into AUR...

http://en.opensuse.org/Wine says: Note: WineTools work with wine-0.9.3 and older only. So i guess this is useless.
