Reason for closing:  Won't fix
Additional comments about closing:  fbpager is no longer maintained, and won't build with recent versions of gcc try ipager instead

Website seems to be http://fluxbox.org/fbpager/ but source is unavailable. Debian builds it from git: http://packages.debian.org/sid/fbpager
