In the mirrors list (http://www.archlinux.org/download/), the umflint.edu mirror has been down for at least a month, so I'm assuming it no longer exists.

Also, shouldn't you be able to report 2009.02 bugs when creating a new task?

Ooops  FS#13063  is closed as a duplicate but i cant find the original bug. :/

The only relevant report i could find is  FS#11742  which is rather oldish, and it seems it shouldnt have been marked as implemented cause of the last OP's comment.
