Hi JGC,

Ok, because this http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/13209 was closed inmediatelly, i created another FS, with patch HAL rc-script to create the correct /var/run/PolicyKit in the case that /var/run has pruned or mounted as TMPFS.

I patched the "rc-hal" and "rc-dbus" (for your option), but is the hal that depends of policykit and no dbus, then only the HAL package is better to have this.

Please considere it.

PD: I actually researching with anothers packages that need to have a initial directory inside the /var/run.
