Description:
Wicd has a misisng dependency in order to work properly: wireless_tools. As consequence no wireless networks are found.

Additional info:
* wicd 1.5.8

Steps to reproduce:
* new Arch Linux installation
* install wireless driver
* install wicd
* try to find a wireless network

wireless_tools is an optional dependence and that is clearly stated when installing wicd.
Maybe it should be added as a dependence since wpa_supplicant is also a dependence.

I agree. If wpa_supplicant is a dep the wireless_tools is a dep.
