Description:
After updating to ktorrent 3.1.6 it gets stuck in some infinite loop. According to the developer of ktorrent some fix was missing in this tarball which is now included.

Solution would be to rebuild ktorrent from the new tarball.

expect a fixed package soon. btw they really should have released the bugfix as 3.1.6.1 or so.
