Description:
There is no passkey-agent in the latest (testing) bluez (4.25-1). So, no connection with pin-protected device is possible via command-line.

"the passkey-agent was replaced with a more generic agent concept in bluez 4.x command line agent solutions that come with 4.x are test/simple-agent and test/agent.c, however afaik agent.c needs some updating to work with the most recent bluez versions so simple-agent is probably best for you assuming that you don't mind its python dependency"

In my bluez packages I install the python script in the package (as /usr/bin/bluez-simple-agent).

install -D -m755 ${srcdir}/${pkgname}-${pkgver}/test/simple-agent ${pkgdir}/usr/bin/bluez-simple-agent || return 1
