Description:
1. According to the build instructions here, http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/browser/trunk/README, deluge must be 'built' prior to 'install'. The current PKGBUILD is missing the 'build' step. The incorrect PKGBUILD is causing plugins not appear under preferences. 'python setup.py build' must be added to PKGBUILD. See http://pastebin.com/m35f2302a 2. License must be GPL3 Additional info: * package version(s) - deluge 1.0.7 Asked around in #deluge in freenode. Here is the reply: kpkeerthi> Just upgraded to 1.0.7. Found no plugins under preferences. Have they been removed in 1.0.7? (There used to be blocklist prior to 1.0.6) <andar> kpkeerthi: no, you likely didn't 'build' prior to 'instal' <andar> perhaps you're using arch? <kpkeerthi> yes. it is in Arch <andar> it seems the arch maintainer doesn't like to test things prior to committing <kpkeerthi> andar: So it is a bug in Arch? <andar> kpkeerthi: yes <kpkeerthi> andar:Thanks |
