Details
Description: installed files /sbin/mount.cifs and
/sbin/umount.cifs are not set suid mode. Thus, non-root
users can't mount samba shares.

This is up to you how secure you want your system, it's not the
default in samba source and also no debian and gentoo doesn't do
it.
