Invoking a sync operation with pacman to print the URIs
(pacman -Sp <pkg>) requires root privileges. As this
operation does not alter anything on the system, it should
be able to be run by a normal user and freely invoked within
scripts.

The same goes for download-only operations that specify a
directory for which the user has write permissions, e.g. "pacman
-Sw <pkg> --cachedir /tmp/cache/"
