Description: A section for a "Notice" from the Dev/Maintainer. "Hmm, that could end up being really useful for deferring annoying users who don't understand that sometimes things don't get updated for a user. Definitely a good feature request." |

I don't necessarily agree that this is a good (or worthwhile)
feature, though I will bring a few others on-board for feedback.
Thoughts?
I doubt I would use it as I have a +10 ability to ignore annoying
users. Then again, I can see it being useful... So, it is a +/-meh
from me.
-1 if a user can't read the forums/bugtracker on their own then
they probably shouldn't be using Arch... if the maintainer isn't
updating bugs that could be referenced in such a notice how can
they be expected to update the notice itself?
I'm also in the "I don't think we would actually use this" camp.
I'm going to close this for now as a won't implement.
