Detailsdhcpcd creates /etc/ntpd.conf when dhcp server was configured to provide this info
thus trying to install ntpd or openntpd fails because of file conflict. |

This is expected behaviour of dhcpcd. I can't say that this is really a bug. You can configure /etc/dhcpcd.conf to NOT create an ntp config if this is an issue.
