Description:

The 2008.4RC1 install CD sets my system clock to GMT minus 5 hours, causing a lot of inconvenience when I reset my clock to UTC. The CD should just leave the system clock alone, there's no reason to change it (especially when most people are using UTC).

Additional info:
* Arch install CD 2008.4RC1

Steps to reproduce:

Install Arch Linux using the latest installation disc ISO. On booting into your new system, your clock will be wrong.
