DetailsDescription:
Hebrew Subtitles are shown backwards in mplayer and mplayer-svn. this is accsually very easy to fix, just change --disable-fribidi to --enable-fribidi and add "fribidi" as a dependency. maybe this is considered a feature request? Additional info: * package version(s) 1.02rc and svn |

If it's so easy you can build your own variant of mplayer using the PKGBUILDs retrieved from abs.

of course i did that! but that is only for my self, but what about all the other archlinux users that use RTL subtitles? everyone need to compile their own instead of doing a little fix in the PKGBUILD? i know arch is not meant to be "user friendly" but if it's an easy thing like this, why not?
