Description:
blackbox doesn't compile under gcc 4.3

Additional info:
* package version(s)
blackbox 0.70.1-4
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
build fails.

Needed patches for gcc 4.3 applied. Also two other optional feature requests with patches included. Three patches include
1) gcc 4.3 patch to compile
2) patch for bbdock to blackbox for appicons look better with 16/24 bit screen depths.
3) patch to bsetbg to add feh to image display array.
