After upgrading to Firefox 2.0.0.8-1, some text on some pages are very overlapped (compressed around maybe 10% of the proper width) ... for example in the "Welcome to Arch!" section of archlinux.org.

I'm using Bitstream Vera Sans, and I tried changing the fonts around, sizes, etc... did not fix the problem. Downgrading to 2.0.0.7-2 fixes it.

As an aside, I'm running packages from the Testing repo, that may or may not be related.

I have the exact same problem. The problem is visible in Invision Power Boards, in Archlinux index and in many other sites.

Architecture: x86_64

Maybe this is an upstream problem?

I can confirm this "NOT-SO-LOW-SEVERITY" bug. Surfing with Firefox is impossible.
